The top nominations for the Best Conference Theme Paper Award will be invited to revise and extend their papers, and submit them for review for a Special Issue of JAIS focusing on the conference theme. The following schedule is planned for the initial stages of the JAIS review process.

Program Chairs invite selected papers for submission to JAIS Special Issue: August 15, 2008
Paper submission deadline: September 30, 2008
First round review decisions: December 31, 2008
Revisions due: March 31, 2009

(subsequent rounds of review will be scheduled as needed)
