CBCD manages the Co-op MBA Program and the Commerce Internship Program, as well as handling all full time and summer employment services. The office is committed to providing students with the skills and tools to self-manage their careers and to provide employment opportunities to help them attain their goals. Emphasis is placed on the career-related skills such as interview techniques, resume writing, job searching skills and networking. Through workshops, seminars and one-on-one career coaching, the goal of CBCD is to help students explore and achieve their career potential.
Relationship Managers support the growth and development of all DeGroote students - MBA and Commerce. The team actively engages with employers for MBA Co-op, Commerce Internship and Graduate Recruitment. Employer feedback is incorporated into innovative career development programs and activities to ensure that all students are equipped with the tools and confidence to present themselves to recruiting employers and secure employment at graduation. |
